The David Siddons Group analyses Vita Coconut Grove

Vita Coconut Grove

Vita at Grove Isle is a new luxury condo project located on Grove Isle in Coconut Grove. Grove Isle is a 20-acre private island community just a bridge away from mainland Coconut Grove. Additionally, the developer will revamp the island, its security house, and the bridge connecting the island with the mainland.
Vita Grove Isle provides elevated island living, and developer Ugo Colombo dedicated himself entirely to making this happen. This exclusive sanctuary of just 65 condominium residences (of which 12 are penthouses) will offer exquisite detailing and the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship. This project is going to be ready in 2025.

As someone who has sold luxury condos and been outspoken about the good and the bad for over 15 years, I am happy to tell my clients why I like this project. My reasons? It is the finishes, in part the views, and a big part the floor plans and prices relative to other competing luxury condos. But, also, it is a fact that it is in Coconut Grove. The Grove has always been a special place. However, in the past three years, it blossomed. The sense of balance that the Grove provides is unique. It is close to all the hustle of Brickell, close enough to the beach, but it retains a village feel away from the main tourist traps. There is nothing like it. Want to know more about the project?
