This quaint beachside neighborhood has a European vibe that visionary Swedish entrepreneur Par Sanda created. In 2008, Sanda purchased 30 rundown properties one block from the beach. Since then, he and his team have invested more than $100 million into the immediate area. The two slender towers of Selene will be located across from famed Ft Lauderdale beach in the heart of “Luxury Row” just south of the new Four Seasons Residences. They will be the tallest beachfront buildings on Ft Lauderdale beach at 26 stories providing incredible ocean, skyline & Intracoastal Waterway views. The project will consist of 2 -eleven-story towers with 65 residences along 400′ of the Intracoastal Waterway. The Edition Fort Lauderdale borders the heart of charming Northbeach Village, within a short distance of the beaches.
A Strong Team

The project consists of two towers, which will be built simultaneously.
