There is lots of wealth in the Grove, but it has a bohemian vibe. In North Coconut Grove, it is not uncommon to see peacocks strutting down the road. The Grove offers a charming town center with several very desired restaurants and bars that get very busy on the weekends for breakfast and lunch. Coconut Grove is adjacent to Brickell (the financial heart of Miami) and Coral Gables. It is also near several private schools. The Grove offers beautiful homes and townhomes and is home to several gated communities along the bay. Because of its small size and high demand for properties, supply gets absorbed quite fast.

South Miami and High Pines
