We have become known over the last decade for providing Miami Real Estate News with advice. Our blogs focus on analyzing the real estate market trends in Miami. We are honest and direct and will openly tell buyers if we think they can deliver. We also look at the geographical aspects of these projects and whether they are indeed located in a prime location or not. Additionally, we believe that no project is perfect. There are some lines that we like in a project and some we do not. We also recognize and talk about who the building is a good fit for. Is it good for second homeowners or primary buyers?
