We have become known over the last decade for providing Miami Real Estate News with advice. Our blogs focus on analyzing the real estate market trends in Miami. Our focus is to help clients make better decisions. We have written over two Thousand Blog articles, covering all Miami subjects with real-world observations and analysis. Our Miami Real Estate News Content

Every developer will try and tell you that their project is the best, which can leave buyers confused. Some developer marketing is just purely misdirected.

We are honest and direct and will openly tell buyers if we think they can deliver. We also look at the geographical aspects of these projects and whether they are indeed located in a prime location or not. Additionally, we believe that no project is perfect. There are some lines that we like in a project and some we do not. We also recognize and talk about who the building is a good fit for. Is it good for second homeowners or primary buyers? There is an overwhelming choice of Condos for the untrained eye, but once you apply the size you need, budget, and lifestyle we can typically narrow these down to just a few.
