I have had several buyers contacting me for Coconut Grove homes in the $1M – $1,5M dollar range. As I am looking on a daily basis for properties that match these criteria, I noticed that it is hard to almost impossible to find decent homes. Many properties are still overpriced or are in bad shape and need a lot of extra cash in order to update them.
