With the sales of Carbonell PH3703, David Siddons gets another record deal under his name. The stunning Penthouse at Carbonell sold at asking price – in an all cash deal – within 25 days after the condo hit the market.
Unit PH3703 was listed and sold for $2,750,000, which equals a price of $932 per SF. This is the highest sales price for a unit at Carbonell since the condo opened its doors in 2005.
The sale also represents the island’s biggest sale within the last year and among the most expensive sales in the Brickell area within the same timeframe.
