Average sales prices per Sq.Ft for luxury homes in Ponce Davis – Q1 2015
As can be seen from the table above, Ponce Davis’ averages sales prices per Sq.Ft took a dive in 2012, and a major upsurge in 2014. Q1 2015 wasn’t as strong as 2014 but the price level is higher than the average in the last 4 years.
The amount of luxury homes sold with a sales price of $2M or more also increased heavily. In Q1 2015 however, only 2 luxury properties were sold in Ponce Davis.
