Average sales prices per Sq.Ft for luxury homes in Ponce Davis – Q1 and Q2 2015
As can be seen from the table above, Ponce Davis’ averages sales prices per Sq.Ft took a dive in 2012, and a major upsurge in 2014 and 2015.
The amount of luxury homes sold with a sales price of $2M or more also increased heavily in the last few years with 2015 being on track to pass the amount of 21 luxury properties that were sold in 2014.
