Palmetto Bay Realtor Cristiane Buzolin on Why She Loves Living in Palmetto Bay

Palmetto Bay is charming and the real estate market sees promising numbers

As a resident of Palmetto Bay for almost 2 years now, I really feel that I made the right decision moving to the neighborhood. We were looking for an ideal neighborhood to raise our two boys (8 and 11 years old) and we wanted a large home that offered enough space to entertain and for my boys to play soccer. We also wanted to live in a neighborhood that would allow my boys to play outside and within close proximity of a good school.  We compared several of Miami’s neighborhoods and Palmetto Bay offered the best of both worlds. It ticked all my boxes while I got more space for my Dollar. My oldest son is going to Palmer Trinity School and we couldn’t be happier with this choice. Living close to school makes all the difference; less stress for me and and most importantly more independence and flexibility for my son with his middle school schedule.
My husband and I really enjoy our weekend in Palmetto Bay,  jogging around Deering Estate and the Chinese Bridge where we have a chance to exercise with a beautiful ocean view and meet new neighbors while finishing our exercise with a cup of coffee at Starbucks in the little mall on 168th st.
