In the face of the Corona Virus I am thankful to live in Miami
I wanted to address my clients, followers and colleagues. I wanted to let you know we are still very much operational, trying to help buyers and sellers. We may not be able to tour clients around properties nor can we run or visit open houses, but we are working to find alternative ways to serve our buyers and sellers in the most safe and beneficial way. With this in mind we will be focusing on touring clients around properties with facetime or using virtual tour videos.
We are also committed to increase our continued education on the real estate patterns, trends and psychology of the market. We have always been driven by ‘helping clients make a better decision’ and we know with absolute certainty that information will empower and bring peace of mind. Our job is to help you see what you cannot see on your own. We don’t want you to worry, we are here to help guide you.
A Personal Note from Myself
The last couple of days have allowed me to really open my eyes to the beautiful city and neighborhoods that we live in. In the midst of being told to keep more distance from each other, I have found it has made many of us closer than ever before. Neighbors taking the time to greet each other, to show genuine care for those who are weaker, older, more at risk, to take walks or bike rides through the streets we live (while keeping a safe distance) with our kids and with our families. To spend quality time with each other and really cherish it. The human race for the first time feels like less of sprint and more of a walk – a chance to stop and smell the flowers without guilt of being left behind and for that I am thankful.
These are our neighborhood, mine is Coral Gables. They are beautiful, wonderful and good and we will protect them together. This will make them stronger not weaker and we are reminded that for the time we are given on this planet we are fortunate to have a such a beautiful corner of the earth to call home.
