The best Condos for Sale
Miami Beach is home to the most luxurious and high-end residences. These oceanfront Condos offer the best finishes and services that attract investors from all over the world. In the last couple of years, a number of new condos announced construction, from larger-sized luxury projects like the Ritz Carlton Residences or 87 Park to smaller, boutique condos like Glass 120 Ocean in South of Fifth or L’Atelier in Miami Beach. Whether they are boutique condos or larger condo projects, all offer sweeping views over the waters of Miami Beach and the latest and best in finishes, services, and amenities.
South of Fifth, although not gated or private, is a playground for the rich and famous. It also offers upscale living with all the conveniences that come with it. The condos here are Miami’s most exclusive and have performed well every year. The most sought-after condos in the South of Fifth are Continuum North and Continuum South, Murano Grande, and Apogee.
