Fast Markets Need Fast Updates
The David Siddons Group has always produced many Miami market reports, but due to the dynamic of the Miami real estate market we have decided to introduce 90-Day real estate updates for the different Miami neighborhoods. The market in January of 2021 looked very different to the market in June 2021 and therefore yearly or even half-yearly updates are often outdated before they hit the market. For a market that moves so fast we are introducing our 90-day market updates, which will show a perfect snapshot of the market at any given moment in time. The updates will be given for all of Miami’s key neighborhoods and each of our territory managers will provide you with an comprehensive analysis of the market without going too much into detail. Our reports will be shared via short videos as well as in a blog. So whether you prefer to listen or to read, we have got you covered!
Our 90-Day Miami Real Estate Market Updates
The David Siddons Group wants wants to provide you with a complete overview of the market in less than 5 minutes. We provide you with the most important market data (months of inventory, number of active listings, sales and pending deals, key sales in the area and average sales prices per SF) in combination with our signature social narrative. Rather than just telling you prices are up and inventory is down we will provide you with background information on buyer’s and seller’s behavior and where we see the market heading; “Who is buying?, “Why is inventory so low?, “Why did a certain property sell for a record price?“, “How much longer will this market be sustainable?”.
We don’t want to publish market reports for the sake of publishing them, we want to make this market more transparent and help you make a better decision whether you are selling or buying Miami real estate.
