The David Siddons Group is one of the Highest Ranking Agents in Miami-Dade’s top markets (Via the Real Deal)

The Real Deal South Florida analyzed the sales of single-family homes in Miami-Dade in 2017 to establish the cities with the highest sales volumes as well as the highest ranking agents in the area. Within the top 20 of leading agents, we find the David Siddons Group.

The David Siddons Group sold for $60M in 2017, which represents more than double the volume of 2016. The Real Deal’s study however focused merely on single-family homes and excluded the sales of many of our off-market deals. The David Siddons Group ranked 17th among more than 40,000 Miami realtors with almost $30M in sales within the single-family home market. David Siddons represented 9 times the seller and 8 times the buyer with several deals in which we represented both sides.

The data, analyzed by The Real Deal, also shows the cities with the highest sales volumes. Miami came in at No. 1 with $705 million of closed home sales, followed by Miami Beach with $609 million, Coral Gables with $587 million, Pinecrest with about $308 million and Miami Gardens with nearly $192 million.
