The A Line at One Park Grove

What are The Best Floor Plans In the Best Coconut Grove Condos for Sale?

One Park Grove is Park Grove’s most luxurious condo located closest to the bay. Within the condo the A Line is the most superior line as it covers the southeast tip of the condo with unobstructed views over the water and parts of the city.  Water views can be enjoyed from the living room, kitchen, family room/den and master bedroom. The interior SF of this condo is 3,247 SF (3,592 SF according to the developer) with 442 SF of terrace. The A Line is entered via a private elevator foyer and offers 4 bedrooms, a den, 5 bathrooms, a powder room and a separate laundry room.

The 02 Line at Grove at Grand Bay South Tower

Grove at Grand Bay’s south tower is the premium tower as this is the front tower with unobstructed views over the water. The 02 line in the South tower of Grove at Grand Bay covers the southeast-facing corner of the building. As this twisting condo tower changes the layout on every floor there are many variations of this 02 line, most of them are around 4,000 SF and offer 4 or 5 bedrooms. It is important to mention that the higher you go up the tower, the straighter the columns and the less intrusive these columns become.  The 02 line units also come with a private elevator foyer, 12 ft ceilings, gas cook tops and spectacular views. As you might notice from looking at the 02 floor plans shown below, on some of the floors the master bedroom is located in the back of the unit and therefore does not enjoy the same stunning water views.

The 01 Line at Grove at Grand Bay South Tower

Mirroring the 02 line, the 01 line at Grove at Grand Bay covers the northeast-facing corner of the building. The 01 line is slightly larger than the 02 line offering around 4,000 to 4,500 SF. This floor plan comes with 4 or 5 bedrooms. These floor plans change depending on the level or floor you are looking at and some of these floor plans have the master bedroom in the back. As mentioned before the higher up in the condo, the less intrusive the columns become.

The 01 and 02 Lines at Grovenor House

The 01 and the 02 line are exactly the same with the only difference that the 01 line covers the northeast corner of the building while the 02 line covers the southeast of the building. From floors 5 till 16 the B01 and S01 floor plans offer 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2,333 SF with a 298 SF terrace, while these lines from the 17th till the 26th (just below Penthouse level) offer 4 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, 4,026 SF and 700 SF of terrace. These high floor units are flow-through and come with a separate living and family room. This condo was constructed in 2006, but is still a very desired luxury condo in Coconut Grove. The ceilings heights in this condo are 10ft.

01 Line at The Mr C Residences

The 01 line is by far the best line in this new construction condo. This floor plan provides for 3 or 4 bedrooms (the standard is 4) with 2.715 SF of interior space and 815 SF of wrap-around terrace. The 01 line offer southeast exposure with the main living areas and master bedroom offering unobstructed ocean views. This is a more rectangular floor plan created with functionality in mind. Each unit is entered via a private elevator vestibule and offer 11ft ceilings. As this project is still under construction many buyers take advantage to buy an 01 line and to combine it with another unit to make it one large residence.
