What we know so far about the Shore Club Residences Miami Beach

This is a trophy-kind of a project by Architect Robert A.M. Stern, who is best known for designing some of NYC’s most desired and upscale buildings. The Shore Club Miami Beach is the first residential project on the sand for the architect whose projects represent some of the largest residential deals in the U.S. The developer behind the project is Witkoff. Mr. Stern’s firm is working with local firm Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design.

This re-imagination of this iconic South Beach project will include a five-star resort operated by Auberge Resorts Collection and 49 private residences. Part of these residences will be located in the original Cromwell hotel and include four large private residences. The other units will be located in a brand-new adjacent tower. In addition to the 49 condo residences, the project will offer one 6,000 SqFt single-family beach house facing the beach and best suited for someone who wants to be in the middle of the action. A truly unique residence as Miami Beach offers just a few oceanfront homes.

I believe strongly after visiting the project that the most desirable line is set to be the ‘A-line. This unit faces direct east, but will also enjoy southerly views that will reach South of Fifth.
