Four Seasons Coconut Grove is my top-ranked new construction condo in all of Miami for 2026. The brand, the location, and the limited unit count create a supply dynamic that favours long-term value. The Well is a strong second for buyers who prioritize wellness, space, and architectural quality over brand recognition.
Mr. C is a solid buy for buyers entering the Grove condo market at a lower price point. It is a well-run building with good liquidity. Ziggurat is one to watch but one has to be aware of the commercial variable located in front of it and the public park located behind. It is early stage but the concept is unlike anything else in the Grove.
