As most of us within the group are parents, we know the importance of finding the right home, close to the right schools while not jeopardizing your lifestyle. This blog focuses on those who are looking for a perfect place to call home with kids, but unlike most other blogs we focus on the best luxury condos

Luxury Condo Living with Children

Condo living is gaining more and more appeal with families. I have experienced in my many years of real estate that it is typically the more grown up families (people with teenagers) that are happy to consider condo living, but now we are also seeing more and more families with younger kids looking at condos as an option.

When we think of condo living with children we right away think of those condos that are true “homes in the sky”. With this we mean large residences that feel like a home, yet do not have the burden of a home. They are safe and well guarded properties, located on large lots with 5 star amenities and low density.  They are also close to good schools for your little ones.

In our mind there are two stand-out condos for families: Park Grove in Coconut Grove and Continuum South Beach. These we picked part due to the buildings’ set-up, but also due to their proximity to family-friendly activities, amenities and facilities (such as Parks) and schools. We also based them in locations where we see a more permanent population, or what we call the primary markets (not driven by second home owners, vacation home owners or rent focused investors). South of Fifth is the only real substantial luxury primary condo market on the Beach and Coconut Grove is often considered the No1 primary market on the mainland (next to Coral Gables), on account that it is home to the best private schools.

If ever I had to leave my home for a condo, this would be the place I would choose! Park Grove really replaces a home and is ideal to be pampered. The units are expansive with lots of natural light (Mostly tower 1 and 2) and with 5,2 acres of lush landscaping and so many low density amenities, who still needs a home? This building in the ultimate condo experience for those who want privacy and the best of the best amenities. When u are used to a home and lots of outside and inside space this is a perfect condo for you. This is where u won’t feel crowded and what is what true luxury feels like. Continuum South of Fifth
