As preferred Miami Real Estate Analysts we always tell our clients not to look at generalized analysis, which is the case with most of the reports out there. We created this report for a client who is looking for a high-end Miami property to reside with his family while at the same time making a safe investment. Therefore he asked us to look into the different Miami luxury neighborhoods and investigate what happened in the last 7 years.

We showed him the average price and average price per Sq.Ft evolution since 2008 for both waterfront and non-waterfront properties
