Miami Luxury Real Estate Analysis -The Luxury Real Estate market over the years
The Miami Luxury Real Estate Market
An Independent Review

Cocoplum and Tahiti Beach in Coral Gables belong to Miami’s most exclusive communities featuring some of the city’s most luxurious (waterfront) real estate
The Miami Real Estate Market is one dynamic market. As preferred Miami Real Estate Analysts we always tell our clients not to look at generalized analysis, which is the case with most of the reports out there. Miami’s Real Estate is diverse and sub-markets need to be identified as such, whether this is a neighborhood or a specific price category.
We created this report for a client who is looking for a high-end Miami property to reside with his family while at the same time making a safe investment. Therefore he asked us to look into the different Miami luxury neighborhoods and investigate what happened in the last 7 years.
We showed him the average price and average price per Sq.Ft evolution since 2008 for both waterfront and non-waterfront properties
