The David Siddons Group has experienced an extremely successful 2021 with lots of successes to celebrate. We closed no less than $390M in real estate transactions in 2021. We would like to thank all of our clients, readers and followers for their trust and support. We could not have done it without you!

Our 2021 in Numbers and Achievements
- We sold $390 million worth of real estate and have $60M under pending contract
- We sold 131 properties this year; 56 times we were the listing agent and 92 times the buyer’s agent (For 17 deals we represented both parties)
- 14 Sales happened off-market
- Our average transaction price is $3M
- The WSJ ranked the David Siddons Group as number 7 in Florida for highest Sales Volume in 2020.
- South Florida Agent Magazine awarded our blog “Best Agent Website in 2021” as voted for by agents.
- We wrote no less than 100 blogs

- The sale of 7610 SW 48th Ct in Ponce Davis, which is Ponce Davis’ highest ever sales price per Sf
- The sale of 10900 Lakeside Dr in Coral Gables, the highest sales price ever achieved in Snapper Creek Lakes.
- We started the 2022 Miami Real Estate Forecast
