Everybody loves a good showdown and these series are basically a collection of vlogs and blogs comparing your city to Miami. It’s a city vs city challenge. A ‘condo vs condo’, ‘house vs house’ experience, backed with some precise numbers that will help you weigh up your preferred choice.

Targeted at the buyers who are looking to relocate or buy a second home we show how much bang they will get for their buck; like a $3M Miami Beach home against a $3M home elsewhere in the nation.        

What do we want to achieve?

We are market analyst, who want to educate our clients and readers. This video will not be a typical Miami promotion video comparing a Miami top notch property with a fixer up in NYC!  The beauty here is that there are no winners or losers; it’s perfectly a matter of preference. Our goal is to assist residents of any US city in appreciating what would be the equivalent lifestyle in Miami and what you might expect to pay. Ironically it works both ways and might also help Miami residents who are thinking of moving out. 

We do not just randomly pick any home in any city.  That would not be fair or helpful. We will carefully speak with you as an agent to discuss what would be a good match. The follow up series to these videos might be us sitting down to educate each other in the ways of our respective neighborhoods while challenging our assumptions and preconceptions about what is driving the market.
