Allison Island Biscayne Point and Stillwater Fisher Island Hibiscus Island / Palm Island / Star Island Indian Creek Island La Gorce Island Normandy Isles (Shores) Sunset Islands The Venetian Islands (Not gated)
- Allison Island: An 8.5 acre Miami Beach island located in the Biscayne Bay between La Gorce Island and Indian Creek Drive. The southern part of the island is known as Aqua and is comprised of condominiums and townhomes, and the northern end is comprised of exclusively waterfront homes.
- Altos del Mar: Located in North Miami Beach just below the North Shore Open Space park we find the oceanfront Altos del Mar. A small gated community of oceanfront and oceanside residences located between 77th and 79th Street.
- Biscayne Point and Stillwater: This private and gated community is located in the northern part of Miami Beach just above Biscayne Point. It counts with many bayfront homes. Biscayne Point’s Southern part of the peninsula is called Biscayne Point while the Norther part of the peninsula is called Stillwater.
- Venetian Island / Dilido Island: Gated Island Communities in South Beach located between Miami’s Main land and Miami Beach along the Venetian Way
- Fisher Island: Located just next to South of Fifth, Fisher Island is one of Miami’s most exclusive private islands and the playground for the rich and famous. Fisher Island is only accessible via ferry, boat or helicopter. Although most Fisher Island residences are condos the island offers 10 single family homes on the golf course.
- La Gorce Island: One of Miami Beach’s most desired homes can be found on La Gorce Island which is located in the Biscayne Bay just north of the La Gorce Golf Club. Many homes in this lush community are located directly on Biscayne Bay, while other La Gorce homes are located within the interior of the island community.
- Normandy Island and Normandy Shores: Located north of La Gorce Island and completely surrounded by the waters of the Biscayne Bay these man made islands are often desired by golfing enthusiasts who enjoy the historic 18 hole course.
- North Bay Village: Located in the middle of the Biscayne Bay between Miami Shores and Normandy Island, North Bay Village offers some great waterfront real estate options
- Palm Island / Star Island / Hibiscus Island: Gated island communities in South Beach located between Miami’s Main land and Miami Beach along the Mac Arthur Causeway
- Sunset Islands: The Sunset Islands offer 4 islands with a mix of waterfront and non-waterfront homes. They are located on the western part of Miami Beach overlooking the Biscayne Bay and the Edgewater Skyline. Each island enjoys privacy with secured gates 24 hours a day and access in two points, off of North Bay Road.
