David is a top producing Miami realtor and market analyst who is known for his reports and forecasts. When David started his career he found it impossible to find good actionable information on the Miami real estate market. He started creating more in-depth reports himself which really got him a name in the market. After several years of doing this David, whose motto is “Help Clients make better decisions”, decided to create a tool that would generate his signature reports in mere minutes. He looked for partners to create what he describes as a Bloomberg terminal for real estate and that’s how Condo Geeks was born.
