In our selection for comparison, Auberge Beach Residences is located the furthest north up the beach. This area tends to be quieter. The beach gets busier with traffic and beach goers when you head to the south. Auberge Beach Residences is also located directly on the sand with few public access points so a day at the beach feels more private. Other luxury condos such as Las Olas Beach Club, Castillo Grand Residences at the Ritz Carlton and Paramount Residences are in the heart of Ft Lauderdale Beach. These condominiums are located across the street from the beach so a day at the beach is less private and more public. Location is important if you want to enjoy quiet beachfront living or something more energizing.

When comparing amenities all the luxury properties provided beach view pool, valet services, fitness facilities, garage parking and beach access. What additional amenities differentiated them from each other? Auberge Beach Residences provides concierge services, restaurant dining and spa services in addition to those other amenities. The Castillo Grand Residences at the Ritz Carlton also provides a restaurant and spa services plus a golf membership at the Grande Oaks Golf Club. The other luxury properties did not rise to the same level of in-house amenities as Auberge and Castillo Grand Residences but due to their locations they are able to offer “proximity” services. Coconut Grove Residences provides expanded amenities based on their location near the Harbor Beach Marriot. Residents at Coconut Grove can enjoy dining and beach club membership at a beautiful resort located right next door. The Las Olas Beach Club is located in the heart of beach activity surrounded by clubs, shopping and dining. The main amenity for Las Olas Beach Club is the location on Ft Lauderdale Beach and access to shops and dining on Las Olas Isles.

The price flows with location, amenities and branding. In this comparison Castillo Grand Residences at the Ritz Carlton had the highest average price per square foot of $1,729 followed by Auberge Beach Residences at $1,368 sf, Paramount $870 sf, Las Olas Beach Club $744 sf and Coconut Grove Residences at $639 sf.
