Edgewater is an area that has recently grown a lot with many brand new condos for sale. Edgewater condos range from $400K to $1.5M. Of course there are some exceptional penthouses that trade for fore than $2M, but most of the market is concentrated around the $750K -$1M mark.
Some of the most desired Edgewater condos are Aria on the Bay, Biscayne Beach, Icon Bay, Gran Paraiso, One Paraiso, Paraiso Bay and Paraiso Bayviews. Edgewater also has a few brand new construction condos such as Elysee and Missoni Baia,that are still under construction.
