The property will include 259 condominiums, complemented by a 5-star hotel, and plans also encompass an array of restaurants, bars, and extensive amenities.

 

The comprehensive plans for 888 Brickell, filed in October 2022 with county planners, outline the following components:

  • 259 residential units
  • 52,144 square feet allocated for health and fitness facilities
  • 38,727 square feet designated for food and beverage spaces
  • Approximately 273 parking spaces

 

The developer is offering fully turnkey apartments, encompassing comprehensive interior fit-outs and furnishings, down to the finest details like bathrobes and curated book collections.

 

The interior aesthetics, curated by the founders of Dolce & Gabbana, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, will be presented in three distinct color palettes: pristine white with Bianco Striata Marble, sleek black featuring Nero Marquina Marble, and opulent gold accented by Giallo Imperiale Marble. These residences will feature intricate marbles, exquisite light fixtures, and an exceptionally opulent color scheme, providing residents with abundant customization opportunities.

 

Renderings showcase opulent details such as Venetian chandeliers and standalone bathtubs overlooking sweeping ocean vistas. These luxurious materials harmonize with the dramatic façade of the building, thoughtfully designed by Studio Sofield, the same firm that has contributed to notable projects like New York's slender Steinway Tower.

 

Studio Sofield is credited as the design architect in this filing, with ODP serving as the architect of record.

 

Prospective buyers can anticipate a pricing range from $3.5 million to $35 million, with delivery of units scheduled for 2027.
