The residences at 1428 Brickell, located at 1428 Brickell Ave are developed by YTECH, ACPV Architects, and Arquitectonica. This 70-floor project with 189 units is the second ultra-luxury condo recently announced in Brickell.

Unlike many other condos constructed in recent years, 1428 Brickell will not be a generic condo destined for the rental market. The Residences at 1428 Brickell will be built with end-users in mind. Families who will live there all year round. The 2 to 4-bedroom condos start at 1,800 SF, and function as single-family homes in the sky.

To give you an idea of how large these residences are:
