Daniel Delgado is a Miami native with a deep understanding of the South Florida real estate market. He built his career working alongside top producing teams, advising clients across luxury resales and new development.
As the Coral Gables and South Miami Territory Manager for the David Siddons Group, Daniel specializes in advising sellers and developers, as well as working with both domestic and international buyers to identify distinctive resale and pre-construction opportunities. He brings a strategic, relationship driven approach to every transaction, with a strong focus on pricing, positioning, and execution. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Daniel works with a global clientele who value clarity, market knowledge, and informed guidance.
Daniel graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He currently lives in Coral Gables and remains closely connected to the local community. Outside of real estate, Daniel enjoys spending his weekends at the Key Biscayne Yacht Club and playing tennis at the Biltmore.
