Aria on the Bay is one of the newer pre-construction condos that have been announced in Miami. The David Siddons Group sees Aria on the Bay as one of the best projects in the Edgewater / Entertainment district area. There are a few reasons why Aria on the Bay is superior to other Edgewater Condos and we will explain you why.
Superior and Better Developed Location
Aria is located in an already developed part of Edgewater, right in front of a waterfront park (Margaret Pace Park) and with lots of bars and shops (Including a Publix) just around the corner. This southern part of Edgewater also provides faster access to Downtown, Brickell and the Beach. Other desired Edgewater condos such as Biscayne Beach, Paraiso and Icon Bay are located in an area that is still to be fully developed.
Aria is sold and finished as a luxury condo with superb waterviews, but has very competitive prices starting at approximately $400K compared to other Edgewater Condos.
