- $500,000 – $1M
- $1M – $2M
- $2M +
Summary of the South Miami Real Estate Market– Q1 2015
The amount of listings for sale as well as the sold properties stayed stable over the last 6 months and so did the months of inventory. The market segment of $500K – $1M homes however, saw an increase of listings but the market absorbed the supply rather quickly with an increase in sales.
Currently all South Miami markets are in a sellers market (6 Months or less of inventory), with an exception of the $2M+ market which is starting to experience a neutral market (6-9 months of inventory)
Despite being in a sellers market, the average prices per Sq.Ft saw a decline
