    Data are given for South Beach Condos in the price ranges of:

    • $750,000 – $1,5M
    • $1,5M – $3M
    • $3M +

     

    Summary of the South Beach Real Estate Market– Q1 2015

     

    Q1 2015 showed an increase in the amount of properties for sale, and only the ultra-luxury market of $3M+ homes saw an increase in the amount of sales. Therefore, the $3M+ market was the only one that saw inventory levels decrease this quarter. Miami Beach is experiencing a buyers market, while the most affordable homes are in a sellers / neutral market with 6-8 months of inventory.

    Regarding prices it is difficult to say anything as too little sales occurred in this quarter. The ultra luxury market has seen the most sales and prices in this sub-market remained at the same level as last quarter
