Summary of the Key Biscayne Real Estate Market– Q1 2015
This first quarter of 2015 showed us a stable Key Biscayne Real Estate Market. The amount of listings vs properties sold remained well balanced with an increase in sales for the $5M+ market.
The most affordable homes in Key Biscayne ($1M- $2M) are experiencing a clear sellers market for 6 months already while the most exclusive homes ($5M+) were showing great signs for sellers in March 2015, as inventory dropped from 33 months to 6 months.
The average sales prices in 2015, didn’t show great changes compared to the average sales prices in the last quarter of 2014
