Summary of the Fisher Island Real Estate Market– Q1 2015
Fisher Island is a very exclusive market with generally speaking a low real estate turn-over rate. The amount of listings increased only slightly in the first quarter of 2015 while only 1 property sold this quarter for $8,9M or $2,312 per Sq.Ft.
Because of the increased amount of listings and the limited amount of sales, the inventory levels rose slightly in this first quarter. Fisher Island is experiencing a buyer’s market with the exception of the $2M-$5M market in which properties are experiencing a neutral market
