Louver House – How does it compare to other South of Fifth Condos?
The Investment Value of Louver House
Louver House in South of Fifth is getting a great amount of attention from national and international investors after its recent launch. After visiting the sales center ourselves last week, we got impressed by this new South Beach boutique condo and decided to compare Louver House with other South of Fifth condos.
For of all, Louver House is one of the newest South of Fifth Boutique Condos with only 12 spacious residences, the finest interior design, oversized private terraces and private elevators. The first of its kind, Louver House is a combination of glass walls and stone silver travertine columns set in a gracious tree lined street on 3rd and Meridian Avenue.
How Does Louver House compare to 300 Collins – The only other new boutique condo
South of Fifth is currently an epicenter of pre-construction condos, a few brand new luxury condos are being built (eg. 321 Ocean, One Ocean, Marea) as we speak and most of them are already sold out at this moment. Louver House, which was recently announced can best be compared to 300 Collins. 300 Collins, just like Louver House, is a truly boutique Luxury boutique condo with just 19 units.
