Bal Harbour is also an easier jumping-off point for residents who commute against the grain, heading north to Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, and beyond.
Many residents, however, live, work and seek entertainment much closer, in Bal Harbour, Miami Beach, and Sunny Isles Beach, and hence have limited need for commuting.

Outside of the mall, Bal Harbour is blessed with some of South Florida’s most beautiful beaches.
