As a top producing Miami realtor with nearly $100M in yearly sales I am used to seeing a large amount of luxury projects. I visit many projects for my own analysis as well as with clients who are looking for luxury condos. Although you get used to luxury products, I have to say that many of Miami’s newest luxury condos are underwhelming. Don’t get me wrong, these luxury condos are nicely done and look beautiful, but I am referring to the price/quality relationship. When I pay $2,500 per SF, I expect more than just ocean views. Park Grove is a project that stands out in the crowd because of really high-end finishes (The best I have ever seen in a condo), a beautiful location and an extremely warm, homely feeling. Park Grove is located in Coconut Grove. Coconut Grove is one of Miami’s primary markets, this means the area is less sensitive to market movements. The upscale town, home to many multi-million dollar homes has long been waiting for an ultra-luxury condo. Park Grove’s buyers are mostly primary residents, who intent to live in the building themselves as they love Coconut Grove and are looking for a large condo that could compete with an actual home.
