    More Exclusivity at the Porsche Design Condo

    The Porsche Design Tower Development is a partnership between developer Gil Dezer from Dezer Developments (Developer of the famed Trump Towers, Trump Grande and Trump International Hotel in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami) and The Porsche Design Group from Germany

    This condominium tower is the first Porsche Designed Tower in the World and it will be the only Porsche Design Tower in Miami.

    The Porsche Building is a cylindrical building containing only 132 sky-homes.  With its  649′ height and 60 stories, the Porsche Design Tower is one of the tallest buildings in the Sand in the entire USA.

    The tower will feature a robotic parking system that will allow its residents to transport and park their cars in their own private Garage (2 -4 Car Garage) at the door step of their residence.  Owners can show case their cars which can be seen from the Living Room. In case you dont want to see your car from the living room, you can opt for a non-glass wall between your living room and garage.


    How does the robotic parking system work?

    Please click on the video link below to see how the robotic parking system works. When using the robotic car elevator you can either stay in your car or have the valet send your car up and take one of the 6 passenger elevators up to your unit. In case you want to leave your unit by car you can use the computerized system to decide which car needs to be loaded in the elevator. Loading takes 10 secs and the car will be down within 3 minutes. That is even much faster than any other Passanger Elevator. All Units in the Porsche tower have a computerized system allowing residents to send one of their cars to the elevator.

    This all basically means that nobody ever needs to see you coming in and out of your unit. This privacy aspect makes the building highly desired by high profile people.

    Units will have 3,4,5 or 6 bedrooms plus storage and the floorplans are flexible, avoiding all lines to have the same layout.  116 of the units have a private Pool (10 by 15 Ft) at the terrace. Balconies also come with outdoor kitchens and because a part of the balcony is covered by glass walls, residents can sit outside all year round protected from wind, rain and sun.

    The private pool will be maintainted by an exclusive pool maintenance team focusing only on the 116 residence pools in the building

    Unlike many of the high-end condos in Miami, the Porsche Design Tower does not offer hotel facilities and units can only be rented out once per 2 years. This all promotes exclusivity and offer residence a 5 Star Enviroment that is only approachable for those who live there
