To the north of Commercial Blvd is the Country Club section of Coral Ridge. This area is built around the 18 hole professionally designed private golf course. The Enclave is a new gated neighborhood within the Coral Ridge Country Club offering large custom home sites in a gated “enclave” on the Coral Ridge golf course. The lots here range from 17,000 square feet to more than an acre. The homes built here must meet design standards and have living areas larger than 3,700 square feet. The assigned public schools for the Coral Ridge Country Club neighborhood are not A-rated so residents here opt for one of the numerous top-rated private schools.
