Second Step – Knowing the budget, timelines and much more

Before engaging in I have renovated and rebuilt two of my own homes, one in the North Grove which I bought for $750,000 in 2011 and sold for $1,750,000 in 2015. With $645 per SF this sale represented the highest price per SF achieved in the north Grove for a dry lot home.
